Birmingham
International Airport (BHX) is located in the center of England, with
easy onward transport options to the Midlands and beyond.
The National Exhibition Centre (NEC) is co-located with the airport.

1. Birmingham International airport is 8 miles (13km) east of the City
of Birmingham.
2. The airport has a single terminal.
3. Scheduled and charter flights arrive at Birmingham from over 100
destination in Europe, North America and the Middle East. Several low
cost airlines operate from Birmingham.
4. There is a single terminal with a selection of shops on both sides of the customs

GETTING TO AND FROM BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT
1. Road: From the M42 motorway, take exit 6. There is car parking
available at the airport.
2. Rail: The Birmingham International rail station is two minutes from the airport, using the
free shuttle.
3. Bus and Coach: Local buses run from the airport into Birmingham.
4. Taxi: Look for the official taxis and avoid the unlicensed cars which
often tout for business.
