Luton airport (LTN) is London's fourth airport and just over 30 miles
north of the city and is well place for destinations north of London.

1. London Luton airport is 32 miles (51km) from the center of London.
2. The airport has two terminals, north and south.
3. Around 10 airlines fly to and from Luton, serving over 50 destinations
and 7.5 million passengers a year. It is home to a number of the United
Kingdoms low cost airlines.
4. There is a single terminal with a selection of shops on both sides of the customs
check points. There are several places to eat and find a drink.
5. Major car hire companies have booths in the terminals. You will
generally find the best car hire price by making your reservation online
before travel.
GETTING TO AND FROM LUTON AIRPORT
1. Road: From the M1 motorway, take exit 10. The airport is signposted
from the A505 road. There are short term car parks.
2. Rail: Services from London serve Luton Parkway stations, which is
five minutes from the terminal.
3. Bus and Coach: A coach service operates to and from Milton Keynes
rail station, meeting trains from London and the north.
4. Taxi: Look for the official taxis and avoid the unlicensed cars which
often tout for business.
5. Underground: Luton is not served by the London underground.
